The MANKAI STAGE is a live action theater group who performs the plays from the game. They also perform songs from the game, including their own songs, and have released their own Troupe CDs. They perform various places in Japan. Just like in game, they performa ad-libs and change scenes for different performance runs — so no one performance is exactly the same each day/night.
They also have a YouTube channel (updates news/marketing) and radio station (actors/staff talks). There is an upcoming Movie.

Four Seasons LIVE 2020
This event happened on September 17 - September 20 and held paid ticketed Live Streams. It was a live show featuring the whole Mankai Stage cast. There was no plot but had a medley of the songs from the Stage shows. There were also remixes of Romeo and Julius, Water Me!, The Roman Episode, and Sympathy for the Angel, where each character/actor swapped the roles.
