Izumi	Kengo? How'd your first performance go?
Kengo	I'm exhausted...
Izumi	I bet. The actual performance gets pretty nerve-wracking.
Kengo	I was on stage more than I though I'd be, and training was pretty tough. They coached me so much on how to say lines even though I only had a small role.
Izumi	(He sounds like he regrets signing up to become an ensemble cast...)
Kengo	Just kidding.
Izumi	That was a joke?!
Kengo	It's true that is was tough, but it was more fun than I thought. I hate to admit it but even I was surprised.
Izumi	You surprised me too. You had me worried.
Kengo	Sorry. I never thought I'd be able to enjoy acting this much.

Kengo	Sorry. I never thought I'd be able to enjoy acting this much.
Kengo	The actual performance was fun too. They say that music's alive, but today I felt you could say the same thing for theater.
Izumi	I think I know what you mean... Each show changes according to how the cast interacts or how the audience reacts.
Kengo	Yeah. I didn't think I was nervous at first, but then I started panicking when I almost said my line wrong.
Izumi	You seemed so calm! I didn't notice you were nervous at all!
Kengo	That's just how I looked. Inside I was sweating.
Izumi	Really?
Kengo	Really. But I hope I'll be calmer starting from tomorrow's performance, so maybe I'll try adding some ad lib?
Kengo	I wanna see how others will react. Now that would be interesting.
Izumi	I didn't peg you to be the mischievous type.
Kengo	I may look like an angel, but inside...
Izumi	...That's one smile you've got on your face there.
Kengo	Relax. I'll make things more interesting with my ad libs. Look forward to it.
Izumi	(He doesn't look it, but maybe he's secretly a rascal...)
