Well, when I’m at work I drink a lot of coffee. When I’m home or out I drink cola. To go with games I have hamburgers, potato chips and carbonated drinks. This lineup is the strongest. | Itaru: | That reminds me, the other day we were talking about cola, but it turns out that Taichi also loves cola quiet a lot. I said I drink a lot of cola so it become a cola showdown between the two of us. The match about drink companies, hiding the bottle from each other, and guessing the flavor. I thought that I would definitely win, but Taichi is really good at guessing the flavor, and the result was a tie. I wonder if it had to do with his untamed sense of smell. Taichi really is like a dog in that aspect. | ||

I just thought it was a feeling that I had seen something like this before but this character looks like you, Director. I mean the face, hmm, or maybe the aura? The posture or something like that. Somehow it’s not alike? It seems as though in this game you are able to change the character’s name to whatever you like, if we become close I wonder if I should change it to your name. | ||

| Itaru: | I'm a game lover, so of course I've always dreamed about doing a play based on one. But never in any of those dreams did I even imagine I'd be involved in a stage version of KotR. I'm way too emotionally attached to these games to have ever thought about it. They're important to me in too many ways to count. As both the lead character and a fan of the games, I want to make sure this show is a success. It's going to be hard...there are a lot of fight scenes, and we have to get approval on everything, but I care more about KotR than anyone else. I can't believe I get to become a character from the games. I'm gonna work my butt off. Let me know if you have any advice for me, oh director of ours. | ||

| Itaru: | Take a look at this. It's a handmade felt plushie of one of the characters from KotR. Isn't it well-made? Omi saw us playing the games and studying for our roles, and he made it for us. As a fan of the games, I love seeing even people who don't play them develop an interest in the series like this. I'm gonna leave this little guy out in the lounge for a while as decoration, and then he's coming to my room. Omi even said he was gonna make me an SD Lancelot plushie and asked if he could borrow the guidebook with all the character designs for reference. I can't wait to see it when it's done. I'll have to put Lancelot out in the lounge next to his friend. | ||

And then in Gareth's side quest, you find out... Oh, whoops. I got too excited and almost spoiled something for you. Haha. Get a nerd talking, right? Once you've beaten IV, though, want to give VII a try? I like VII just as much as IV, so I recommend it. I guess I just want to share the things I like with you so we can talk about them. I've always been able to be myself around you, and it's fun chatting with you, y'know? So it'd make me really happy if you liked something I'm passionate about, too. There's a lot I want to be able to talk with you about, so you should share some of your interests with me too, okay? | ||

| Itaru: | Hm... A teacher role... I've done some tutoring gigs before, so it's not like I have no idea how the whole teacher thing works, but it's not the same as being an actual school teacher. And to make things even tougher, I'll be playing a character with two different fronts. A two-faced man who conceals his true identity... Kinda sounds like a character from a YA novel or something, huh? Y'know, the kind that's like...Ahem. So you've discovered my other identity...Which is the one you believe represents the darkness of this world? ...I should dig out some of my old books. That kind of reading material might be surprisingly useful for this role. | ||

| Itaru: | You can always count on Omi's cooking to taste good. The usual meals and sweets he makes taste great, but the midnight snacks he whips up can't be beat. The other day I was muttering about how I wanted to eat some pizza, and the guy actually made me some fresh hand-made pizza that night! Not only that, but he was all, 'Can't have pizza without soda, right?' and handed me a can of cola, too. He knew just what my stomach was craving! I wonder how much it would cost to hire Omi as my private chef? Do you think he'll take Web App Store gift cards as payment? | ||

| Itaru: | Lately, I've been helping out the younger guys in our troupe with their homework and studies more to practice for my teacher role. Hearing Taichi call me Mr. Chigasaki really makes it feel like I'm the real deal. Watching all of them tackle their homework makes it feel like I'm helping them level up their stats, and that's pretty fun, too. Hanging out with the others is nice. I mean, it's not so nice that I'd skip out on my game events and stuff, but still. Which part is giving you trouble? This question? Oh, that is a tough one... Try reading this section, and it'll become much easier to understand. It might appear on the test, so make sure you remember it. Hm, you know what? Why don't you stop by after school so we can review this lesson again? I bet that'll help you remember what we went over. Hehe. Just messing with you. But what do you say?
