Badges can be found in the Menu tab.
Badges are titles you can unlock by achieving the requirements. There are two different badges, Main badges and Event badges. Event Badges can be unlocked by finishing the Event Practice (with Show and Theater played once). Some event badges can only be unlocked during the event (by achieving enough points).
You can set badges to be used on your profile and will be displayed beside your name when being showed in the Friend List or Guest actor list in shows.
